About Rishikesh Marde

I am a qualified automotive engineer with a master's degree in automotive service technology and processes from Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences. I have been working as a deputy quality management officer (QMB) at Eldisy GmbH Gardelegen since July 2021, focusing on information security management. I have also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, and TISAX, demonstrating my competencies in quality management, process improvement, and data protection.In my current role, I am responsible for maintaining and developing the integrated management system, which covers quality, environmental, occupational safety, and information security aspects. I plan and conduct internal audits and follow up on the actions and measures from audits and reviews. I also support and enhance new and existing digitalization projects, such as Microsoft Power Automate, to optimize workflows and increase efficiency. Additionally, I assist in external audits and supplier audits and supports, especially on environmental topics. I am motivated by the challenge of ensuring high standards of quality and security in the automotive industry, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares the same vision and values. I am eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to contribute to the innovation and excellence of the organization.
