I have hands-on experience in working on Green Field and Industrialization projects to set up 10 production lines to manufacture EV differential case for one of the top three German auto brands. I am proficient in ensuring best-in-class quality products, having established an inspection facility with 100% part traceability and Poka Yoke. I have rich expertise in capacity evaluation and supply chain management, and I am an excellent communicator with interpersonal skills. In my current role as Manager Project & Purchase at Patco Precision Components Private Limited, I have overseen a project for one of the top three German automakers from start to finish, including a visit to Germany and attending review meetings with the customer. I have tracked and managed the project in terms of quality, cost, and time, while defining its scope and preparing a project request and time plan. I have procured CNC machines, machine peripherals, tooling, and electronic multi-gauge systems; achieving a 24% cost savings against the estimated project cost. I have also developed suppliers for SG iron casting and precision turned parts and set up a formula to adjust raw material prices for casting and turned parts. I possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Science and have taken various courses in project management, logistics management, and process improvement. Additionally, I possess strong skills in supplier negotiation, supplier development, team management, conflict management, and machine learning.
