Over the last two decades, I’ve had the privilege of leading technology transformations that reshaped how organizations in life sciences, healthcare, financial services, and insurance unlock the power of their data. My career started in the world of mainframes and large-scale data systems, and along the way, I’ve grown into a trusted leader driving enterprise-wide cloud modernization, advanced analytics, and digital transformation. Today, I find myself at the exciting intersection of data, cloud, and AI, helping organizations embrace Generative AI and Agentic AI in practical, scalable ways. I’ve built and led diverse global teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models, always with the same goal: deliver measurable business value. Whether it’s designing cloud-native data platforms on AWS and Databricks, optimizing costs and performance, or pioneering AI-driven solutions like RAG systems and AI agents, I thrive on turning complex technology into real outcomes. What energizes me most is bridging the gap between business and technology. I love partnering with stakeholders to imagine what’s possible, and then rolling up my sleeves with teams to make it happen. From omnichannel marketing analytics in pharma to mainframe modernization in financial services, my focus has always been on solutions that improve performance, cut costs, and open the door to new opportunities. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, PMP, SAFe Agilist, and CSM, but what I’m most proud of is being seen as a techno-functional leader, someone who can navigate strategy and execution, architecture and delivery, innovation and operations. Today, I’m especially passionate about exploring how Agentic AI and Generative AI will redefine enterprise data ecosystems and open up new possibilities for decision-making, personalization, and efficiency.
