To further diversify my skill set, I ventured into the world of customer service and retail. Here, I gained valuable experience in assisting customers and fellow team members ensuring a seamless day-to-day process. My most recent chapter has just started in the realm of data analysis. I've been entrusted with the critical task of managing datasets for ISQ. Constantly performing in-depth analysis and maintaining business intelligence solutions that aid in informed decision-making within the organisation.
