About Rishitha Pulikonda

As a Master of Construction Management, I am looking for a new role. I am keen to talk to employers and recruiters about current and upcoming vacancies, where I can provide proven hands-on support to managers and teams in the following areas as a Graduate Professional or Team Assistant: Besides my recent Masters, I also hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. In all my courses, I successfully passed all my subjects without failing, including achieving HIGH DISTINCTION and DISTINCTION grades in key subjects, namely- Project Governance & Contracts, Systems Design for Projects, Construction Management & Technology, and Project Leadership & Communication. What I acquired within these subjects has also been well complemented by milestone individual and team projects, where I gained an excellent hands-on mastery of contemporary tools, applications, principles and legislation. I’ve also “gone out into the real world,” previously working as a Quality Surveyor / Project Administrator for Kalyani Developers, an architecture and construction company. Here I supported Project Managers and Site Supervisors within the Project Management Office (PMO), skilfully performing tasks that translate well into this new role. Overall, I believe what I have done and achieved on my own is a testimony to my resilience as a person, always giving things “a red hot go” despite the odds, which adds a proven dimension to my capabilities to deal with pressure- deadlines, schedules, budgets and targets in this new role. I have no illusions about what to expect and am “grounded” in the fact I am ready and willing to work hard. Backed up by excellent referees, I am open to all invitations to connect and network to consider all opportunities.
