Background
About Rissa Powers
I have been residing in Las Vegas since the 90s. I can truly say that Las Vegas is a city that you either love it or hate it here. I have been dedicated and have been working in the local government sector since I was 24. I know I cannot save the world as a courtroom clerk but I can help others pick themselves up after falling down by doing my job efficiently and accurately. As a clerk in the criminal division, I have seen everything from jay walking, traffic, assault and murder. I have listened to countless testimonies of victims and witnesses and through it all, I've learned that I do not have to love what the individual supposedly did. I can still love that once upon a time they were someone's son or daughter or a current mother or father who made poor decisions.
