As an international business leader with nearly 30 years of experience in various leadership roles, I bring extensive expertise in managing businesses in a rapidly changed business environment to any company. Over the years, I have been responsible for the performance of units and teams in situations which require change management or development of the commercial and operational functions, and strategic leadership. Throughout my career, I have successfully led international businesses in both large and mid-sized organizations, earning recognition as a skilled professional in business unit management, people management, change management, new solution design, B2B sales, and project execution through continuous improvement. My broad experience across different aspects of business has enabled me to develop innovative "out of the box" solutions and serve clients in various business segments, including polymers and chemicals, renewable fuels, oil and gas, maritime, elevators and escalators, and telecommunications. In addition, I have deep knowledge of global logistics and supply chain management (SCM), and I excel in managing change projects effectively. I have demonstrated my ability to lead ERP design and implementation projects, including business model and process design, development, and deployment. As a team player and inspiring leader with strong communication and networking skills, I thrive in collaborative environments and am always eager to learn and grow. In 2019, I completed an Executive MBA program at Henley Business School, providing me with the latest business insights, tools, and models to stay at the forefront of today’s fast-paced corporate world.
