My journey at PTIGlobal began in 2015 as a part-time Sr. Localization QA Specialist for German, where I honed my language and quality assurance skills. Over the years, I climbed the ladder, becoming a Localization Quality Team Lead and Onsite Operations Manager at Nike WHQ, where I managed a dedicated Quality team and implemented efficient processes to ensure top-notch quality in localization projects. My responsibilities included working closely with client teams, advising on tools and solutions, creating work estimates, and overseeing all localization quality processes from start to finish. I also played a vital role in ensuring internationalization readiness and resolving localization and internationalization issues. In my current role as Growth and Engagement Manager, I continue to leverage my program and operations management skills to drive PTIGlobal's success. I have a track record of generating RFPs, delivering projects on time, and maintaining excellent client relations. My journey in the localization industry has equipped me with expertise in program management, operations management, RFP generation, quarterly reporting, project planning, estimation, and delivery.
