About Rita Bousaidi

My goal is to become a criminal defense attorney. I came to the College of Charleston's psychology program to further my learning and sharpen my critical thinking and analytical skills after spending a year at SDSU. So far, I have held different work positions working as a lifeguard during summers, childcare provider, and currently as a HR/recruiting intern at HORUS Technology Solutions, Inc. Previously, in San Diego, I served as a Legal Intern at the San Diego Public Defenders Office, where I assisted attorneys and paralegals through meticulous preparation of mitigation binders and established supportive relationships with juveniles from different backgrounds, showcasing my dedication to justice and advocacy. These experiences strengthened my leadership and teamwork competencies, echoed in my multilingual communication abilities.
