Seasoned sales professional with 16 years of work experience in Insurance, Telecom, Commercial Real-and Business Centre, having led revenue growth, business development and operation management roles for reputed organisations like IWG PLC, WorkWise Solutions, Loop Mobile India Ltd, Tata AIG & ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. In March 2020, as the world grappled with the onset of COVID-19, I embarked on maternity leave from June'20, welcoming my son in November 2020. With the evolving uncertainties of the pandemic and the crucial early years of motherhood, I made a conscious, well-planned decision to extend my sabbatical to focus on my family, with the intent to return to work when my child turned five. I’m actively seeking opportunities in business operations, client management, business development, or growth strategy — open to hybrid, remote, or project-based roles — where I can apply my proven strengths in sales leadership, relationship management, and operational excellence. I am a Yoga instructor and I help children & adults in focussing on Yoga Asanas (Poses), Meditation, Body Awareness and Breathing Techniques, to name a few. I have been on backpack trips within and outside India. My passion for travel encouraged me to take my last sabbatical. During this period not only did I learn about various cultures and communities but I also gained confidence to handle difficult situations and human behaviour.
