I recently graduated from the Hospitality Operations Management program at EHTP in Porto, Portugal, where I gained practical and intensive training in various aspects of the hospitality industry. My passion for hospitality is further supported by my academic background in Nutrition & Food Sciences, with a 4-year bachelor's degree from FCNAUP in Porto, Portugal. I have hands-on experience in luxury service environments, having completed an internship in the reception of the prestigious Hotel Martinez from April to June 2024, where I developed strong skills in front-office operations and guest relations. I then served as a butler from July to August, further refining my organizational abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional guest service. I am now seeking a seasonal position in a 5-star hotel in the French or Swiss Alps for the Winter 2024-25 season. My key strengths include excellent organizational skills, responsibility, interpersonal relations, and proactivity — qualities I am eager to bring to a dynamic, high-end hospitality setting.
