Rita Dalgliesh consults to both private and public sector clients within the IT discipline of Application Support & Maintenance (ASM). Her consulting experience includes conducting ASM organization maturity assessments and deployment of ASM best practices including Incident, Enhancement and Change Management, Benchmarks & Service Levels, Transition Management, Governance and Stewardship Reporting. She has extensive experience with a variety of support tools and has implemented ASM monthly Scorecards for some of Sierra's managed services clientele. Rita has over 20 years of information systems experience including 15 years in a IT project manager role. She has extensive experience in a variety of business application areas including financial, human resource and payroll systems. IT Project Management experience includes ERP upgrade, Platform Migration, Employee Self Service, Business Intelligence, Content Management, Metrics and Score Card development. Rita’s varied industry experience includes Energy, Utilities, Justice, Transportation, Construction, Commercial Real Estate and the Public Sector. Rita is certified in ITIL version 3 and is also a certified instructor for Sierra’s "SMART" Methodology certification program. She also taught an IT Applications Management course at the University of Calgary where students learn how to manage application portfolios using the techniques of application support & maintenance methodology and best practices, tools, service levels and benchmarks.
