About Rita Feng

To many, “healthcare” feels like a slow, traditional industry. But I see it as a space where innovation and access can truly change lives. I started my career building a healthcare-focused executive search practice, then transitioned into driving new growth initiatives within a medical distribution company—developing new products, launching self-branded offerings, and building out digital sales channels. I’m now expanding my perspective as an MBA candidate at NYU Stern. From launching a supplement brand to driving B2B e-commerce in rural regions, I’ve learned to combine strategy, scrappiness, and empathy to serve underserved markets. These experiences have shaped how I think about building trust-driven, scalable solutions in complex systems. I’m passionate about healthcare innovation across many fronts—from digital health and insurance, to diagnostics, drug discovery, and consumer wellness. I enjoy learning from operators, founders, and builders who are solving real problems in meaningful ways.
