About Rita Francis

I am an, accomplished, published scientist and technical leader with a record of achievement directing complex projects and programs in various scientific capacities for global corporations, academic and government institutions. Leveraging didactic training and extensive knowledge and experience in R&D, biomedical writing, scientific technology, meta-analysis and interpretation, I create and implement critical plans that deliver device-related and regulatory projects from initiation through closing phases.
