I have a BSC in biotechnology from DAVV, which gives me an edge in understanding the client requirements and the candidate qualifications in this domain. I have also worked as a US Recruiter, where I gained extensive experience in full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing, phone screening, candidate submissions, coordinating interviews and candidate travel, follow-ups, extending and negotiating employment offers, offer letter generation, managing pre-employment processes, and onboarding new employees. I have utilized online recruiting services and implemented cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates. I have also contributed to increasing the user retention rate by 25% and filling multiple non-IT job openings with Fortune 100/500 clients.
