Provided leadership, instruction, supervision and management up to 10 employees in the IT field in a dynamic, fast-paced environment for over 7 years. Goal oriented IT profession with over 15 years of experience in computer hardware, software and some programming. Excellent customer service skills to include interpersonal, written, verbal and online communication, including over 10 years of help desk support experience. Extensive knowledge of Learning Management Systems and classroom tools for online learning.
