About Rita Malgueiro

Over 30 years of experience have made me a credit, technology, and results expert. I am a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the consumer credit industry. Throughout my career, I have accumulated extensive knowledge in credit card projects, processes, and technology, as well as banking systems. In Product Management, I have been responsible for a wide range of features, platform migrations, and new product launches, including the first private label cards with retailers. In the area of IT Portfolio Management, I am an expert in agile methodologies, such as Agile, design sprint, squad, lean Inception, user stories, Jira, OKRs, BCPs, Scrum, and Kaizen. I use these methodologies to achieve solid and sustainable results for the companies I work for. In one of my projects, I was able to increase revenue by over R$ 1 billion in just 12 months! This was achieved through the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan. I also have experience in the Credit Recovery area, where I applied the Kaizen methodology to the review of Collection and Products processes. This initiative resulted in greater efficiency and reduced complaints to regulatory bodies. In the area of Risk Projects, I led the project agenda arising from internal and external audits, in addition to negotiating with agencies such as BACEN, DECON, and DEAT. Currently, I work as Head of Sales Engineering and Support at Loggi, where I manage two teams: a Sales Engineering team specialized in customer integration, opportunity identification, and problem solving, and a Product Support team.
