Background

About Rita Mallius

I am a determined change manager, inspiring corporate communications professional, and an educated interactor. I have worked the past ten years in the fields of change management and communications, within various fields of business. I am passionate about human behaviour and interaction, driving change, problem solving and inspiring others. I feel work should be fun - I take my profession and my work very seriously, but I think there is still no need to be absolutely serious all the time. Based on personality assessments, I am an extrovert in nature with a high interest in implementing initiatives and achieving objectives. I have a strong drive to develop and influence ways of working and create a concrete impact through my contribution. These attributes have proven to be the key success factors in my role as a change manager. I strongly believe that purpose based leading, structured but agile approach, strong collaboration, open dialogue and goal oriented communications can make a huge difference in multiple contexts, such as change and transformation situations, culture and leadership development and employee and customer experience. I have completed a Master’s degree in speech communication, which is a science that focuses on human interaction in various contexts. For my minor subjects, I have studied business economics, governance, corporate communications, journalism, and education.
