My advising and coaching philosophy centers around having meaningful conversations with individuals (often students) and groups of people to discover their interests and make connections to their values, skills, personal aspirations, and career goals. Through interpersonal communication and strong relationship-building, we are able to collectively craft compelling stories to express their experiences and accomplishments. I graduated with my M.A. in Higher Education from the University of Denver and my B.A. in Psychology (and certificate in Criminal Justice) from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. I am an organized, dedicated, and hard-working team member and I look forward to continue bringing my skills, abilities, and experiences into the areas of higher education, customer success, storytelling, and advocacy.
