I am passionate about elevating customer experiences and empowering others through education. My journey began in the beauty and personal care industry, where I quickly grew into an educational role with Aveda. Witnessing others succeed in their careers was a powerful motivator for me. To diversify my skills, I transitioned to high-volume luxury retail management at Nordstrom. The coaching interactions with my team were the highlights of my experience, sparking my interest in a career in Customer Education. At Thinkific, as part of the Education and Community team, I supported independent course creators from various fields on their course creation journeys. Coaching others in both 1:1 and group settings reaffirmed my love for education and my commitment to creating personalized experiences that drive success. Joining Loopio's Customer Education team has been a logical progression in my career. Here, I create impactful education materials for commercial and enterprise audiences, driving product adoption and increasing customer success. Leading webinars and supporting customers in their onboarding journey allows me to deliver personalized, authentic, and empathetic experiences. I love creating meaningful educational experiences.
