Keeping the mind open and flexible, accepting change and understanding its impact on People, on their wellbeing and their productivity is a key factor for success. This is where I want to collaborate with Organisations and Individuals, to facilitate the Evolution Process! My Experience: As a Human Resources Manager I have a professional path filled with variety of experiences in multinational companies in different sectors (FMCG, Industry, Retail, Services). Throughout my career I was able to experience different cycles of a company, from the start-up of a new company, to growth and consolidation, restructuring, business recovery. Strong transversal knowledge in all HR functional areas, designing and managing projects related to the full employee journey and experience, from attracting talent and employer branding, onboarding and development, to positive offboarding management. Always being part of the management team of the Business, leading HR teams in close interaction and collaboration with the different leadership levels in the organisation.
