As an HR Travel Administrator, I combine my extensive background in the aviation and corporate sectors to enhance employee travel experiences. With over six years of work experience in hospitality I developed strong customer service skills and a deep understanding of the travel industry. This role honed my ability to adapt in dynamic environments while providing exceptional support to stakeholders and customers. As I transitioned to Nestlé as a Demand Capture Specialist and Instructor. During my two years there, I focused on optimizing processes and contributed to continuous improvement programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible. I trained ‍ teams to drive efficiency and success in Emotional Intelligence, Feedback and Recognition and training across markets. This experience enriched my expertise in operational strategy and effective communication within diverse teams.
