About Rita Schoch

Having been a professional in the commercial playground industry for a number of years, the breadth and depth of my playground knowledge and experience is substantial. My personal mission is to create or be involved in playground projects that-provide rich, varied and stimulating play environments for children-maintain a healthy balance between risk vs hazard-include plenty of open ended play opportunities-work with the customer's budget for the maximum play valueMy customer service philosophy is to build strong client relationships, based on mutual trust and respect, through active listening. Next comes building on that foundation with responsiveness and follow-through until project completion. After the dust settles, I stay in touch, making myself available for questions, service & repairs, to bounce ideas off of, expertise, whatever comes up. What makes me smile is when a customer says "Rita made me feel taken care of.”
