About Rita Silva

I'm a passion leader who believe that thinking positive, listening people, focus on their needs, and have fun is the key to create an amazing team and enjoy the journey/career path (and my journey is being incredible fruitfull). All my technical career was in pension and actuarial's World, working for Portuguese, German, Canadian, US and (nowadays) Irish Market which allows me to understand the different cultures and learn a lot to be flexible, agile and learn with amazing colleagues around the World. Currently being client manager for retirement and risk management subjects for Irish market with a strong project management mindset. As a math's person I love solving problems and thinking outside of the box. After to become mother learnt that some batles we will never win and increase a lot my level of pacient and imagination and became even a better leader. I'm a feminist since really young, and nowadays focus in diversification and inclusion in the World in general.
