Arranging and providing KYC training & Portal training. Account made live on TAT / Arrange KYC training to all new partners and if is there any discrepancies addressed to the concern person for further action. Raising MMC invoices & collections. Appropriate actions on pending MMC. New partners onboarding executed and deliverable from backbends. Analysis of merchant portfolio and suggestions on way forward. Correcting, helping, supporting, guiding and motivating team members Controlling team members leaves, absenteeism, half days etc MIS and report Management. Operations Key Responsibilities : Verifying and giving compliance for merchant KYC documents and website Compliance. Appropriate follow up for getting merchant KYC uploaded in CRM. Timely live enablement. Timely Communication with merchant, inter‐company and Bankers communication Ensuring internal audit compliance and countering auditors for sample verification.
