Operations Key Responsibilities : Verifying and giving compliance for merchant KYC documents and website Compliance. Appropriate follow up for getting merchant KYC uploaded in CRM. Timely live enablement. Timely Communication with merchant, inter‐company and Bankers communication Ensuring internal audit compliance and countering auditors for sample verification.
