About Rita Spica

As a person working with HR, wellbeing and people, I am passionate about fostering a healthy and productive workplace culture. My approach is centered on supporting and motivating employees through stress-management tools, career development opportunities, and a people-first mentality. My background in team leadership and project management has equipped me with a unique perspective on workplace dynamics and the importance of employee engagement. I have also explored the intersection of technology and human needs in my work, seeking to leverage digital tools to create more connected and inclusive workplaces. In addition to my professional experience, I recently earned a master's degree in Counseling Science, where I conducted research on emotional intelligence, adult development, and the coach's role in e-sports teams. While my research primarily focused on the sports industry, I believe the lessons learned can be applied to various fields and workplaces. I am always eager to connect with others who share my passion for people and improving the workplace, so please don't hesitate to reach out and connect with me!
