About Rita Stout

I started my work career with Customer Service at a Auto Dealership where I gained some insights on working one on one with Client issues. After two years, I wanted to be more involved with people and was interested in the Medical Field so I decided to take classes. I received a Medical Assisting Diploma in 1994 and started working at Physician's Offices where I was a Front and Back Office Medical Assistant. During the next few years, I worked various Specialty Offices and became proficient at organization and the development of Relationships. I enjoyed learning and experiencing new associations and decided to go outside the Medical Field into Insurance. From becoming a Work Comp Analyst to working with Insurance Agents, I found that I could develop my skills bringing both Medical and Insurance together. In 2001, I had the opportunity to get my Health License and from there my Property Casualty License. One thing I have found is that all roads that I have traveled has built a very satisfying Career in insurance. The different experiences I have had has given me perspective, wisdom and commonsense in being able to help our Clients.
