Passionate about Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion, and process improvements. At UST Global, I was part of the HR operations team. In my experience, I ensured timely and accurate reports, supporting HR leaders in data analysis, and contributing to initiatives like DEI and ESG programs. Additionally, I mentored interns, guiding them through comprehensive learning plans and project completion. Worked in the Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition function at Manjushree Technopack Limited (MTL), a leading manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging solutions in India, I was responsible for implementing employee branding and engagement initiatives, as well as supporting the learning and development function. I contributed to the creation and execution of a robust talent management strategy that aligned with the organization's vision and values, and enhanced the employee experience and retention. My academic background in Human resources, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Entrepreneurship (MBA) from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Chennai, and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Adhiyaman College of Engineering. I am multilingual, I can converse in English, Malayalam,Hindi and Tamil. I am also in the process of learning French. I have a passion for poetry writing.
