With over 17 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry has amassed a wealth of expert knowledge and experience in the areas of finance analysis, regulatory requirements, tax planning and reporting. Rita oversees a wide range of clients ranging from localised small businesses to global organisations with tax obligations under the Australian Jurisdiction. She is also highly experienced in succession fund transfers, mergers and acquisitions and conducting financial due diligence. In the current role as the Associate Tax Director, Rita is responsible for managing an expert team of highly motivated professionals at Acclime Australia. She provides tax related advice and support to clients locally and to international companies with an Australian interest and expanding their business in Australia. With an extensive knowledge of international and corporate tax laws, Rita is highly client centred with a high level of commitment to working with the team at Acclime and strives to provide an unsurpassed level of service to all our clients.
