I have 24 years of customer service experience, 15 of which were in an office setting. I am excited to utilize my vast skill set and experience to a new industry. In my prior career as a claims adjuster, the most important value to me was communication. I feel like that is the bedrock of my successes. In my opinion, it starts with building rapport and relationships. I genuinely care about making a connection with the people I interact with and maintain trust to reach a common goal. Considering that everyone is different, it is important to actively listen and adapt to the other person's communication style and personality. Additionally, I pride myself on having a strong work ethic. I am deeply loyal and hard working. By balancing humility and confidence, I have expanded this skill. I feel that this has given light to my success in workload management, multitasking, flexibility to change, and being resourceful. Other proud achievements: I have represented my team on the Work Environment team four times. I have had consecutive Outstanding performance reviews.
