Director of Project and Change Management specializing in both strategy and execution for TCS World Travel. TCS World Travel is a member of the Travelopia group of travel companies, specializing in private jet expeditions around the world. I partner closely with stakeholders across C-Suite, Marketing, Product and Operations to deliver customer experiences that connect with customers in authentic way though key touch points during their relationship with the Brand. Strengths include managing a cross functional team, marketing strategy planning, customer communication, execution and process optimization. Key execution partners include email marketing, direct mail, website, social and paid media to ultimately get the right message, to the right customer, at the right time, in the right channel. I also lead change management initiatives; identifying gaps and creating repeatable processes for the organization. I am passionate about the work I do, I genuinely care about my team, and I strongly believe that it's equally important to balance what you do with how you do it.
