This is the kind of success I would bring to your school. I have moved rapidly throughout all levels of coaching with each position bringing more responsibility and accountability. I have become known for my ability to rally floundering teams and unite them under a common vision. My personal mantra of collaboration, communication, and commitment has been crucial in turning around players, teams, and entire athletic programs. Additionally, my background in training kids and personal interest in maintaining an active knowledge of new techniques gives me a unique value that others may lack. I have worked repeatedly with players who were recruited and signed to play at the collegiate level, so I come well equipped with the background needed to help make your High School a very successful program. I am ready to transfer my knowledge of coaching and team development to the next level, and believe that my strengths align perfectly with any program.
