Leading all major Commerce and Content engagement for Sapient e.g. Loblaw's click and collect, Shoppers drug mart, Ralphlauren, Marks and Spenser, Club Manaco etc. Manage relationships with the team leads across geographies in a GDD project and ensure all are in sync and leading towards the same goal and create processes to ensure the same. Review the status report of team members and address issues as appropriate. Responsible for reviewing code and ensuring Sapient's high standards of quality delivery. Estimation of time and resources required to complete tasks for smooth delivery of project. Supervise a team and responsible for their professional, technical and personal growth of 18 direct supervises. Recruit/Hire and train new resources as per the need of an account and delivery requirements.
