Ritesh Chatterjee is the Chief Distribution Officer for one of the largest Bank BC network, Bharat Money Stores, for IndusInd Bank,deployed with BFIL, now a subsidiary of IndusInd Bank. He is a CXO with over 30 years of experience as PnL Head, Business Operations,Business Transformation,Digitisation of Microfinance,Process & Six Sigma Leadership roles. He is currently Business head of an internal start-up Bharat Money Stores as IndusInd Bank BC points servicing 10 million customers per year and lending to merchants. This has been made profitable with healthy ROA within a year of lending Operations Before founding Bharat Money Stores, as Chief of Operational Excellence at BFIL, he defined and executed the Process and Digitisation roadmap - piloting BFIL to reach new heights by going paperless and cashless through robust process, Operational risk mechanisms and a highly organised Grievance Redressal program- recognised as the best in MFI industry by MFIN. Prior to working at BFIL, he also worked in Quality and Lean Business Transformation in HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank in Corporate Quality and as Head of Operations and a Six Sigma Black Belt in Owens Corning India Limited. He has substantial experience and knowledge in BFSI & Manufacturing sectors and has emerged as a successful change agent in each organization he has worked with.
