Has also been on the boards of directors for technology-based startups such as Camions Logistics (GoBolt), ARM Digital Media Pvt. Ltd, and Beekman Helix India, among others. Share market advisory is my passion and more than members were benefited via pro-bono advisory services. Heading their Pvt equity fund (based out of Singapore) to fund the early age start up for Angel/Seed funding. In this role involves with start up Founder with Valuation, Investment strategy, Shareholder’s agreement execution, meeting with lawyers and stakeholders, strategy advisor on start up board with business planning, future expansion and growth strategy. Also worked as an Audit & Assurance Manager at Lodha & Co, a well-known auditing firm based in New Delhi. Previous associations include the BlackRock Asset Manager Fund, BHI Fund all of which are based in USA.
