About Ritesh Devarajan

Currently a junior project manager at Forest Interactive, a leading telecommunication service provider. I am passionate about project management and continuously pursue opportunities to enhance my skills and knowledge. My interest in project management began during my internship at Dutch Lady Milk Industries as a mechanical engineer. Following this experience, I worked as a project engineer at Solidblock Construction, where I gained valuable project management experience. At Forest Interactive, I am responsible for managing UI/UX projects and cross-entity/department projects. As a junior project manager in a company that prioritizes lean management, I work within the PMO Office to implement these lean management practices and ensure resource allocation and management are in line. In addition, I collaborate with the Data Analysis Team to monitor and implement the change management process ensuring resources are efficiently utilized within the company. I am committed to my personal and professional development and actively seek opportunities to expand my skill set through online education platforms such as LinkedIn Learning. I believe that continuous learning is crucial in project management, and I am dedicated to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
