Partner & Director at Acclime India responsible for facilitating the foray of European companies into Asia. I lead M&A and Joint Ventures for American and European clients and prospects at Acclime, Asia’s premier corporate services specialist. Serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience building sustainable and profitable companies. Over the last two decades as an international expansion strategist, I have expertise on developing successful strategies for M&A / JV and driving them to closure. As the key founder member of CIBC, I am an early adopter and advocate of the calibrated buyout approach which I have leveraged to help several foreign companies find the right venture match in India, making me a cross-border transaction expert. With our efforts culminating in a fruitful merger of CIBC with Acclime, I look forward to facilitating the foray and success of American and European companies in Asia. I aspire to pass on the lessons I learnt from hard knocks as an entrepreneur.
