He is an Organizational Change Management professional with over a decade of global experience in managing end-to-end OCM projects for both external and internal clients. He specializes in creating strategies for various OCM interventions such as OCM Strategy, Training Strategy and Plan, Communication Plan, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Agent Network Plan, etc. apart from leading the overall OCM teams. He has vast experience working with global clients and teams spread across Japan, USA, UK, Netherlands, Canada, Singapore, AU & NZ, and India regions and has a wide network of professionals across member firms. Ritesh has led and presented various aspects of OCM on several client projects and has travelled extensively to present strategies and solutions to client counterparts. Ritesh has an MBA degree in Consultancy Management and has worked in various sectors and industries including Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Banking, Semiconductor, Energy, and Education. Having worked with a variety of projects and technologies, Ritesh enjoys reconnoitering and implementing new technologies in OCM domain.
