My background includes excellent experience in direct patient care, overseeing nursing staff activities and performance to ensure outstanding patient care and the highest level of medical service. With this success coupled with my experience in policy development, workflow management, mentoring /precepting, and patient education I am confident in my ability to work with your team in providing comprehensive treatment and optimizing patient experiences. My work experience in different roles and designation involved in nursing administration, training and education, delegating assignments, resolving staffing confilicts/concerns, and overseeing staff while managing budget requirements and monitoring productivity. Demonstrating superior abilities in direct patient care, treatment plans and administration, and compassionate patient / family support. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as a RN license with new Maxico board. As part of personal and professional development I have completed my Post Grad Cert in Cardiovascular Nursing in Centre of learning and Development in Partnership with Trinity school of Nursing and Midwifery, TCD. Contributed actively for NABH accreditation in Sterling Hospital Ahmedabad as well as Vadodara India. Leading NABH Trainer for nursing & support staff for both hospitals. Had experience of commencing a 110 hospital from developing the infrastructure to manpower planning & dealing & handling the day to day issue of hospital Training and education (CQI) for staff as well as frontline worker (traffic police of ahemdabad) in out reach training activities of hospital. Also in house certified B
