Achievements: • Honor with Medal and Certificate for securing 1st rank in BE Electrical-2003. • Performance award letter and reward for design optimization project and order booking of 19 million dollar in 9 months of period during tenure with VTC, USA. • First time direct order of 132kV, 40 MVA & 20 MVA- 40 qty transformer from utility. • Implementation of Inter Shield Winding for Impulse Voltage Distribution during tenure with VTC, USA with cost reduction of 3%. • Optimized designs from 10 MVA, 11kV to 100 MVA, 230kV class STANDARD RATINGS) • 25/30 MVA for Saudi Electric Company and 20 MVA for Oman all type tests including SC test at KEMA successfully passed. • Design and certification for ATEX transformer for ZEDCO oil & Gas Company. • Standard transformer series for IS 1180 from 100 kVA to 2500 kVA. • Successfully manufactured 125 MVA, 330 kV autotransformers for Belarus. • Reverse engineering and tested successfully 24 pulse transformer for GESCO. Development Projects: • The transformer design program for multiple configurations. • Transformer thermal behavior, analysis, and thermal design optimization. • Stray loss behavior and analysis for more than 200 transformers. • Dynamic price list for the sales team with extrapolation factor for change of parameters. • Short circuit transformer guidelines for design and manufacturing. • Transformer failure analysis and diagnosis based on DGA, Furan and site results.
