I have been fortunate to work in various sectors first with Manufacturing & Service industry in Hong Kong, prior plunging in Banking Industry for the past 13 years in India. Specialize in: Setting up and execution of complex process, financial reporting and controls, Liquidity Monitoring, Reporting and Risk Governance. Leading motivated high performing teams in large global organizations has been a key highlight of my career. I have had amazing experiences of building teams from scratch and defining or re-defining processes to achieve efficiency. People aspect of the organisation has been my key interest and strength.
