A Management and Law Graduate with specialization in HR/IR/HRM with experience in Recruitment, Manpower Planning, T&D, and Labor Relation. Currently working as a law Officer in Punjab National Bank, and deals with cases pertaining to Civil laws, Property Law, Banking Law, Property and Real Estate matters, Employment and Labor law, Competition Law, Arbitration Laws. Contract drafting and review, regular appreance in cases in DRT and DRAT matters, Hon’ble Calcutta High Court, Service matters and various others. Banking and Finance. I am into drafting litigation briefs for various types of litigation cases in all the Judicial and Quasi Judicial Bodies, thereby appearing in the Courts and arguing the matters. I also work with various other forums such as District Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, State Consumer Commission, District Consumer Forums and Debt Recovery Tribunal, and various other Administrative Tribunals and Quasi Judicial bodies across the State. Prepared Sale Deeds, Agreement for Sale, Deed of Conveyance, General Power of Attorney, Leave & License Agreement, drafting Deed of Gift, Tenancy Agreement, legal declarations. I intend to continue building my key skills in these areas by handling a variety of challenging and knowledge enriching work assignments. My long term goal is, in 10 years acquire necessary leadership skills that will help me lead legal functions of large corporate organizations.
