Mack Robinson College of Business, where I am pursuing a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services, with a specialization in Big Data Analytics. This academic endeavor reflects my passion for staying abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends, and applying them to solve real-world problems. With over five years of experience as an IT Software Professional, I have developed a strong expertise in Software Engineering, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Product Management. I have successfully delivered diverse projects across various sectors, including E-commerce, Medical, and Financial, using Python, ETL tools, Web Development, and Machine Learning frameworks. Some of my notable achievements include creating a recommendation system for a UK-based fashion website that increased the conversion rate by more than 6%, and gathering customer feedback to guide product improvements that enhanced customer satisfaction by over 60% at Resilinc, my previous employer.
