CSR, Environment and Sustainability Management professional with more than 20 years of professional experience spanning various industry domains with experience of heading CSR of corporates. Experience of heading Group CSR (corporate social responsibility) and team across various industrial sectors - Automobile, power, mining, Cement, pharmaceuticals, as well as national and international NGO. Instrumental in developing CSR strategy, formulation of CSR Policy & Operational Strategy, project planning and development, streamlining CSR process, planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of CSR projects that advance project performance, ensure project qualitative outcomes, enhance organization goodwill, growth with stakeholders and community development. Coordinating CSR Committee meeting and ensuring CSR Board approval Management (planning, budgeting,implementation, monitoring and evaluation ) of developmental & community investment project of Corporate, NGO’s; across various domains - education, health, NRM, sustainable livelihood, Skill Development, women empowerment, microfinance and entrepreneurship development, Environment. Coordination of various stakeholder engagement exercise, need assessment, Impact assessment, development of CSR Scorecard coordinate studies on livelihood and poverty assessment, Gender, education for CSR planning. Promoting cross sector and multi stakeholder partnership, conducting NGO due diligence and partnership development for program implementation. Training and Team building: Training for Team building and developing conceptual understanding of CSR for staffs for effective CSR implementation. Communication - Develop Progress Report, Develop Budget Consumption Report (Programmatic / Departmental); prepare CSR Annual Report, CSR Magazines and content development for e portal/ web sites, Application for various CSR award and achievements Aligning CSR with Sustainable development goals and business philosophy ensuring adherence to CSR national, international standards and practices and Sustainable development goals and create win win situation for corporate and stakeholders. Have worked across various culture, at PAN India level implemented projects in various domains and can take challenges to implement need based projects across India.
