Hi, I’m Rithwik, a problem-solver at heart and a Quality Engineering Analyst with 4 years of experience at Accenture. Over these years, I’ve mastered the art of ensuring seamless processes and delivering results that make a real impact. But what excites me most is my recent dive into the dynamic world of business analysis. After completing a Business Analyst certification, I had the chance to work on three exciting projects where I prepared key documentation like BRD (Business Requirements Document) and SRS (Software Requirements Specification). Along the way, I picked up tools like Tableau, prototyping software, SQL Server, Jira, and more. These experiences have not only expanded my toolkit but also fueled my passion for bridging the gap between technology and business needs. At work, my dedication has been recognized with the Sparkling Star Award and an Appreciation Award. But my drive for growth started long before my corporate journey. During my time at Bangalore Institute of Technology, I was the President of the Photography Club, the Team Lead for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell, and even a Student Representative for Snapchat India. These roles taught me leadership, collaboration, and the power of stepping out of my comfort zone. Outside of work, you’ll often find me exploring the world through a camera lens, smashing it out on the badminton court, hitting the gym, or connecting with people who share my curiosity for life.
