About Ritik Mayank

Graduated in German Studies from Delhi University, with C1.1 Level proficiency in German, I bring strong language skills and a deep understanding of European markets to my work. Previously, at Amazon World-Wide Advertising Services (WWAS), I successfully managed Brands Store Pages and DSP ads (for EU Marketplace) and led a core project that increased approval rates for premium advertisers, driving significant revenue growth. Later, as part of Amazon’s Finance and Global Business Services (FGBS) team, I oversaw B2B customer portfolios in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain for Germany and Austria. My role involved leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency in cash applications, reducing unapplied funds and resolving disputes. Currently, I am working at T-Systems India as Executive– Supplier & Procurement Management, focusing on the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. I work on optimizing supplier management, purchase requisitions, and invoice processing while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across procurement workflows.
