Prognosis Global Consulting is a boutique full service Consulting, Asset Management and Advisory services company focused on Hospitality, Leisure and Food Services industry in the South Asia Region. For the last decade, we have provided Consulting Services that include evaluating lodging markets to determine the potential for new hotel projects/conversion opportunities, franchise/management contracts negotiations. Under Asset Management we develop operational strategies to enhance a hotel asset's ability to drive value for the owner via maximized profit. We also provide Operations and Strategic Advisory services to independent owners and growing hotel chains on strategic roadmaps and corporate turnarounds. With a diverse range of practical hospitality experience, in a career spanning 25 years, with almost two decades in the field of hard core hotel (Operations) management, Ritu has made steady contributions in various capacities, in hotels of different sizes (88 rooms - 580 rooms) and brands (Taj & Marriott) across Leisure, Business and Luxury hotels, which has equipped Ritu with the industry hardened skills. Her technical domain knowledge in Rooms Division, forte in Customer Experience Management and well-honed leadership skills in an all-encompassing role of general management had lead her to be one of the youngest GMs of her times with the Taj Group of Hotels. Prior to taking up a consultancy role, she was the GM with the Marriott International, where she was responsible for all pre-opening activities-Strategic planning, Manpower deployment, Sales & Marketing strategies, Operational supply procurements and Service delivery design for the Courtyard by Marriott,Pune Chakan.
