About Ritu Deol

I have 22 years of rich experience in various roles including Director level planning, sourcing, Product Management, Program Management, QA, Team Development, Marketing and Business Development. Was the founder of Shiksha Planet, started with the aim of focusing on building new clientale adding new technology driven people in our portfolio,opened various offices around the globe, now moved totally into software development (ShikshaInfotech Pvt. Ltd.) Played a role of Product and Program management in Clickable, they were into online solutions which makes creating and managing search advertising simple and effective. I have been instrumental in setting up processes for smooth release and deliveries. Also brought in the new solution for testing automation. Prior to it I was working with Seventymm and was responsible for smooth delivery of online movie community which was web 2.0 social networking portal. In my initial days of career i worked with Trident Group as Marketing Manager. I started my career with Banaras Beads, in the same field as marketing manager. I was able to capture market effectively and was instrumental in signing of some big deals.
