With over 22 years of extensive experience in the areas of Knowledge Management, Digital Transformation, Training, Enterprise Collaboration, Culture & Change Management, Research in top professional services firms, I have driven transformation projects enabling high performance culture, and enhancing learning and productivity. Currently working with Khaitan & Co, a prestigious full-service Law firm in India as Director Knowledge Management; I have also had the privilege of working with other renowned organisations, such as KPMG, Ernst and Young (EY) and Bharti Airtel in the past. Having designed and developed solutions for internal and external clients and led large teams of skilled developers, content writers, library professionals, trainers, lawyers and KM specialists, I have received multiple awards and recognitions, such as the Global Knowledge Management Leadership Award and the 50 Most Influential Knowledge Management Professionals Award, among others. A member of the National KM Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and KMGN, am an active speaker at various industry forums and have authored articles for national and international publications. I am passionate about mentoring students, participating in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs, and contributing to community development initiatives at personal and professional levels.
