Before joining ICICI Bank, I was a Customer Relationship Manager at Hub of Technology, an international company and brand based in Dubai, UAE. There, I managed the job responsibilities of customer service management for individual and company accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also contributed to the company's growth and innovation by leading and managing multiple projects and initiatives related to CRM, marketing, and business development. My core focus and roadmap is to lead and manage enterprise accounts with CRM skills and BBA, and to become a stakeholder or join the board of directors of a reputable and impactful organization.
